Sponsor a Kiddush

 At B’nai Avraham, Kiddush following both of our Shabbos morning minyanim are one of the finest features of our Shul. Women, men and families gather to share stories, laugh, chat and meet new people.

By sponsoring Kiddush, you foster the special sense of community and unity that we strive to maintain and grow.

You can sponsor a Kiddush for many occasions:  to celebrate a simcha or birthday, mark an anniversary or yarzheit, or a group can celebrate something they have in common (like Daf Yomi or Women’s Torah Study).

Basic Kiddush - $500
Grape juice/wine, cholent, seltzer choice of 3 salads (5 lbs. each), 5 containers herring, vegetable platter, 5 boxes of crackers, 2 Potato Kugel, 2lb Lox, 2 Kichel, 2 Cake, 1 Whitefish, and paper goods.

Premium Kiddush - $700
Includes all above in larger quantities, plus 2 Kippered Salmon, and a Gefilte Fish Platter

Holiday Kiddush - $1000
Includes all in Expanded Kiddush in greater quantities and a 5lb Cold Cuts Platter.

To sponsor a kiddush, please click HERE and submit your request by Wednesday noon for Shabbat Kiddush, or at least a week in advance for holidays. This is required so the food can be ordered on time - last minute submission cannot be accommodated. 

B’nai Avraham can help you with catering for events such as seudat shlishit and breakfasts for smachot, to honor your special occasions publicly. Please email at least two weeks in advance to office@bnaiavraham.org

Event Space Rentals

The Kiddush Room ($750) and Sanctuary ($1,000) are available for events. Additional cleanup fees of $250 and security (cost to be determined when booking space). No outside food or drink may be brought into the synagogue without Rabbi Raskin's approval.
